Ryan joined Lee and Associates – Orange in 2018 and was promoted to partner in 2022. Ryan was the youngest agent in the firm’s 40-year history to qualify for partner. In the same year he became partner, he was a top 5 producing agent in the firm’s highest gross revenue year in company history. In 2025, Ryan was a top 3 producing agent amongst the 50 agents in his office.
Ryan specializes in industrial and commercial property in Orange County and the surrounding submarkets. He represents sellers, landlords, tenants, and buyers and has a diverse clientele. He has represented contractors of all trades, various manufacturing companies, private and institutional investors, distribution and 3PL companies. Ryan is very aware of his clients’ needs and goals and formulates creative solutions to achieve success for his clients.
Ryan holds membership in the esteemed SIOR group (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors), an exclusive organization that grants admission to brokers that achieve high production levels and ethical standards.
Ryan is a graduate of the University of Southern California where he earned his BS in Business Finance. While attending USC, Ryan worked as a financial analyst for two fortune 500 companies: Johnson and Johnson (NYSE: JNJ) and Republic Services (NYSE: RSG)
