Nick joined Lee & Associates – Orange in 2024. Prior to joining, Nick worked as an Associate with the Lee & Associates – Seattle office while attending the University of Washington. During his time in Seattle, he completed numerous sale and lease transactions for both institutional and private clients.
Nick specializes in industrial and commercial property in Orange County and the surrounding submarkets. He represents sellers, landlords, tenants, and buyers. Nick provides his clients with unparalleled market knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and creative problem solving.
In 2025, Nick’s performance earned him recognition as the top-producing associate across all Lee & Associates Orange County offices and a top 10 producing agent among the 50 agents at Lee & Associates – Orange.
Nick is a graduate of the University of Washington, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance.
